ST Water Based Bentonite Thickening Rheological Additive needn't pre-gelation or activator. You may add dry powder for use directly. The dosage is based on requirements of the furmula and rheological property, commonly 0.4-0.3%.
(1) ST Bentonite can thicken even without high-speed dispersity. The pregel can be stored for some to to improve thickening effect and thixotropy and prevent deposit.
(2) Surfactant and dibastic alcohol, etc will influence the hydration, so they should be added after ST-C and ST-Ddisperse.
(3) ST Series Products can be solely used or used together with other alkali swelling acrylic acid, but can not used together with polyurethane Thickener.
